Talk about it

If you have something that’s bothering you. If you can’t stop thinking about it. Don’t keep it inside. It will build up and blow up at some point.

Talk to someone. Someone close. Don’t talk about it with everyone. You can ask them for their opinion on the matter or you can just tell them the situation.

You need to get it off your chest. It will eat you up if you don’t. 

Don’t think you can solve the problem on your own. Ultimately you have to be the one who makes the decision, but it’s good to get an outsiders perspective on the situation. Let them know how you feel. They may not have to give you the answer you’re looking for. They may not give you any answer. You may just need to talk about it out loud. 

Once you talk about out loud with someone you may realize what your answer is. You may have to do something tough. Something you never thought you would do. Follow your heart on this. It should give you your answer.

You know who that person may be. Be grateful for having someone close. Someone who you can go to for anything. That’s a special bond. 

Once you get it off your chest you’ll feel so much better. Don’t prolong the situation. Once you’ve figured out the answer, act on it. If you keep waiting it will make it harder.
