Make time

“Someone who is busier than you is running right now.”

You can make time. If you believe you don’t have time, you need to reflect on your choices throughout the day. You have to make time for your most important daily actions.

That could be working out, reading, meditating, writing, etc. Whatever it may be, do it every day. It doesn’t have to be hours and hours of working out or writing. Something small is okay.

You’re going to miss a day. Focus on trying your best to not miss two days in a row. Hold yourself accountable for your actions. Let people know what you’re going to do. You’d be surprised how well it works.

If you want to get better at something, you need to practice it on a daily basis. That’s the only way to get better at something; continuous practice.

If something is that important to you, you’ll find the time.

Plan out your day. Make sure you block off time to work on your daily action. There is someone out there busier than you are finding time to do what they love. Make it a priority of yours to do the same.

Have fun and enjoy the process.
