Once you start yielding positive results we have the tendency to become complacent. We start letting our foot off the gas pedal. Don’t.
Once you start displaying results you need to work even harder to maintain the success you’ve seen. Don’t sit around waiting for something to happen. Keep pushing hard. Keep the momentum.
Make sure you do the exact same things that got you to this point. Don’t let others try to drag you down or waste your time. Be selective with what you do.
You need to make sure your success doesn’t become a fluke but instead a result of consistent hard work. The grind never stops. If you want to become great at something you need to put in the time it takes to become great.
Believe you can do it. Focus on the consistent work.
Once you start seeing results, make sure you focus on continuous improvement. You’ll never hit a point where you’re too good at something to get better. Schedule time each day for improvement. At least 1 hour should be set aside each day.
You need self-awareness in order to improve. You need feedback from others. You need help from others.
Keep doing what you did to initially see success.
