Always be ready. Plan your days in advance. If you don’t have a schedule you’re going to react to the day. You’ll let the day control you instead of you controlling the day.
Have an outline of what you’d like to accomplish in the day.
It doesn’t have to be extremely in depth. It just needs to be some sort of plan. Anything small. Email 15 prospects between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
You now have a plan for that time. Guard that time. Make sure you’re following through with the plan you’ve set. Focus on accomplishing your goal in that time.
If you get a call to do something else or an incoming email, push it until your next time block. Be proactive with you day.
Reacting to your days causes a frazzled day an creates stress. You’ll soon be overwhelmed and usually accomplish little during the day.
A plan sets your day up in manageable chunks. It’s gives you structure. It’s gives you clarity.
