Don’t talk poorly about someone behind their back. Find the good qualities in everyone. Everyone is special. Everyone is different.

Talking bad about someone benefits no one. It’s gossiping. When someone comes up to you and starts talking portly about a colleague of yours say something positive about them. 

Let the other person know that you respect your colleagues. 

Everyone at their core has some good in them. Help them bring out that goodness. 

Compliment them sincerely. Praise them if they’ve done something worth praising. Help them when they have questions. It feels good to help someone. 

Be good and kind to people and they’ll return the favor. They’ll help you when you’re up for a promotion or when you are struggling at work. 

You can’t do this alone. It doesn’t work like that. You need other people’s help. 

See the good in everyone you meet and they will help lift you to the top.
